John has been working with Vermonters on their corporate, probate, estate planning, and elder law issues for over thirty years. He brings sophisticated training and experience to his practice. He has lectured extensively on probate practice and trust and estates. He is a counselor to trustees of private foundations and an adviser to individuals and businesses. He is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. He served as an Administrative Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review.
