Dan has over twenty-five years of experience as a civil litigator in Vermont, serving as lead counsel in more than twenty jury trials in which he has represented the interests of his alma mater (UVM), large corporations and fellow Vermonters. In addition to trial work, Dan has extensive experience providing insurance coverage advice to insurers, insureds and fellow members of the bar.
