Prior to joining the firm, Dave assisted the judges of the Massachusetts Superior Court as a judicial law clerk in and around Boston.  His academic career includes an undergraduate degree cum laude from Binghamton University, and a law degree with honors from The George Washington University.  While at GW, Dave was recognized as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar and served as a member of The George Washington International Law Review.  His practice focuses primarily on workers' compensation.

Dave and his wife, Vanessa, bought their first home upon moving to Burlington.  They, along with their dog and three cats, are reveling in all that Vermont has to offer.  Dave enjoys being outdoors, whether it be running with his dog, Franklin, hiking, skiing, traveling, or grilling.  A native New Yorker, he is a diehard Giants fan, and has a true appreciation for real New York pizza.
