Keith is one of Vermont's leading workers' compensation lawyers.  His expertise has been acknowledged by inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.  He lectures frequently not only in Vermont, but nationally, as well.  He authors a quarterly update on Vermont workers' compensation law. 

Keith is a member of the National Workers' Compenstation Defense Network.  He also teaches Business Law at the University of Vermont. Keith was editor in chief of the Rutgers Law Review and clerked for Justice Gibson of the Vermont Supreme Court.

Keith is also admitted to practice law in the state of New Hampshire.

Keith's passions are his wife, Fran, their three children, home brewing, gardening and Jerry Garcia.
